This workshop is of a special soft kind of Rejuvenating Yoga intending to deepen the healing process, recharging the energy flow, as well as nourishing the spirit.
Working with gentle restorative yoga and various healing modalities such as Acupuncture and Shiatsu, this workshop recharges the energetic system, deepens the healing process, and invites one into a nourishing space of relaxation. Within the structure of the yoga classes, gently held physical postures become the foundation for the exploration of conscious breath and surrendering to the force of gravity. This meditative form of yoga is supported by partner work, applying different Shiatsu techniques and energy work to rejuvenate each other
