Daily Program

The weekly activity schedule consists of a mixture of Movement Art classes, active meditations, audio & video discourses and the daily Silent Sitting.

The Pacha Mama Movement Arts Studio offers different types of Yoga, Tai Chi and Conscious Dance classes. During high season a variety of active meditations is taking place in the mornings and afternoons, all designed by Osho especially for the “contemporary western mind” (to get a chance to experience the state of no-mind and relaxation). Additionally, audio & video discourses of former satsangs of Tyohar or Osho are being played 3 times a week.

Every evening PachaMama leaves the activities of the day and takes an inner shower during a silent hour, from 6:30-7:30 PM. Coming together in the Osho Hall for a 1 hour Silent Sitting.
