Family Constellation FAMILY CONSTELLATION
Healing anchestor and family patterns
with Radha
March 29 - 31, 2011
Price: 190 $

We all carry within us a mental "blueprint" of our family history. As a consequence our childhood scripts can trap us in repeated failing patterns and stop us from enjoying the flow and abundance of life.
Most of us can see that there are patterns recurring in our world and in our relationships that are blocking us.
Using different methods like family-constellation, psychodrama and the psychology of vision model we will unlock the patterns, re-evaluate and transform them into a state that supports our growth and freedom to be what we really are.
We will heal not only individual pain, but the family pain that caused the issue in the first place. This brings an even deeper reconciliation. Constellations will activate the natural healing process within us and will happen soft and easy, bringing us back to the innocence of our heart.

RadhaRadha
made her diploma in social-pedagogy 1996. Since then she is working as a drug therapist in Germany. From 2001 on, she studied four years of Family-Constellation and Psychodrama at the Moreno-Institut and is leading therapy-groups since that time. She is using a unique blend of different techniques for transforming patterns and overcoming blocks in a supportive and non-confrontational manner. Since 2005 she is a natural health professional for psychotherapy, also offering individual sessions. Recently she has been doing a one year training in Chuck Spezzanos Psychology of Vision.

Yoga YOGA DAY

with Tal
May 10, 2011
Price: 70 $

We will learn how to use the body as a tool to become more aware of our mind, our strengths and weaknesses and eventually, our subtle bodies. We will observe the difference between the right and the left sides of our body. A difference which can be a result of strength imbalance due to left-side or right-side preference or injuries. Becoming aware of that is an important step toward bringing you physical body closer to balance. It is also an important step toward observing our preferences, abilities and weaknesses that we carry with us into our emotional and mental activities. With our intention, the practice will allow a re-organization of our skeleton, resulting in "opened energy lines" and hence a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.

TalTal
has a BA in Physical Education (Israel )and a Masters in Exercise Science ( NYC). She taught 'strength through body' awareness classes for many years and worked for 6 years as a Personal Trainer in NYC. Additional courses she took along the years: Pilates, gyrotonic and core strength. Her longing for something deeper led her to yoga practice. In India she met a few teachers but what influenced her most was her teacher in Israel: Yael Ziv. She ended up doing a one year teacher training with her, (classic Hatha yoga).

essence healingPRIMAL DECONDITIONINS

with Roshan
April 5 - 9, 2011
Price: 460 $
Early bird until March 25: 420 $

This workshop will lead you back to your childhood. The intention is to bring up what the child learned, experienced, and internalized. Awareness of behaviour patterns and fears resulting from early childhood traumas is the first and necessary step towards liberation. We will recognize strategies developed in a world were authenticity and spontaneity didn't count. Tensions caused by repressed feelings such as anger and pain will be released and integrated.
In this acceptance, the child will find its true home, the place where we reconnect with trust, emotional wounds will heal, and you will unfold in your uniqueness. Before we can find out who we are naturally, who we are born to be, we have to undo the conditioning of who we have been programmed to be. The conditioning process is not only psychological; it is deeply emotional and even physical. In order to liberate ourselves we need to consciously go into the traumas of our childhood and release the darkness so we can be reborn in the light.
