manifested through the practice of Movements.
What is this energy in me which motivates each movement
that I make?

Who is this "I" who experiences this energy, this physical
sensation of movement within the body? Who am "I"?

During the Workshop we will investigate these themes experientially, aiming for a direct experience of truth....dancing....

Osho said that truth can only be experienced directly (Gurdjieff said the same thing in 'Meetings with Remarkable Men.'). That's why, for me, the only way to 'understand' the Movements is to do them.

Jivan Sunder has been practicing the Movements for over 15 years. For over 10 years He led the 6-week Gurdjieff Movements Intensive at Osho Commune International in Pune, India, as well as leading 10-day silent Movements Retreats.
