INDIVIDUAL BODY CLEANSE PROGRAM
The Individual Cleanse program is for people who wish to have a more intimate one-on-one dialogue with the therapist during the 3-5 day process.
On the 1st day of the Cleanse the participant receives a private consultation, introduction to the program and the colonics.
The 2nd day of the Cleanse is dedicated to support the body and prepare it for the detox through a coping session.
On the 3rd day the participants receive an individual yoga healing program adjusted to their body type.
The 4th day offers 'belly Shiatsu' which helps open the meridians connected to the digestive organs.
On the 5th day participants receive superfood smoothies and learn how to make the ultimate breakfast.
Every afternoon participants receive a 'liver-wrap' to detox the liver with grounding reflexology. During the program we will fast 100% organic with different kinds of herbs and superfood juices that nourish the body while releasing toxins. There will be colonics twice a day.

This one-day cleanse program is an opportunity to take a break from habitual consumption in the routine of our daily life and do something good for the body.
The program includes delicious menu of 100% organic drinks, herb tinctures and noni, two colonics and a nutritional consultation.

LIVER FLUSH
The Liver Cleanse program is designed for people who have recently completed a body cleanse, or for people that for some other reason prefer to do a liver cleanse without cleansing the colon as well.
To gain the maximum benefits from a Liver Cleanse, it is recommended to do the Flush up to eight consecutive times in gaps of three weeks to three months.
Following up on a body cleanse group with additional liver flushes is highly recommended.
If you have completed a body cleanse and you are planning to stay on in PachaMama for more time, consider scheduling an additional liver flush three weeks after the cleanse is completed.
The Liver Flush program includes a whole one-day cleanse with 100% organic juices, superfoods and herbs and three enemas – two on the day of the Liver Flush and one the next morning.
