nce you’ve decided to come to PachaMama, It is highly recommended to make your booking and registration as early as possible. Since the accommodation availability is restricted and there’s a limit to the maximum amount of participants in cycles and individual workshops, the earlier you make your booking, the greater the chance is of getting the accommodation type you prefer and securing your spot in the cycle / group you wish to take part in.Please note that the required minimum stay in PachaMama
(and minimum charge for accommodation) is for ten days,
unless you come to participate in a specific group or workshop, then the visit can be shorter.
The booking is made in 2 stages:
Stage 1: You fill out a simple Booking Form, containing your contact information, scheduled arrival date to PachaMama and accommodation preferences. The form is automatically submitted to our welcome office and helps us prepare for your arrival.
Stage 2: After submitting the Booking Form, You are referred to our purchase page, in which you can pay a deposit and secure your accommodation spot in PachaMama and/or pay and secure your participation in one or more of the workshops / groups / cycles that are scheduled throughout the PachaMama seasons. (Secure payment is made through 2Checkout.com, Inc – one of the safest and most reliable authorized retailers in the market.)

PachaMama's Cancellation Policy:
* If PachaMama cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.
* If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival or workshop start date, you will receive a refund, after deduction of 10% of the full amount processing fee (minimum $50).
* If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival or workshop start date, you will receive a credit towards future workshops or accommodation (minus the 10% processing fee, minimum $ 50). Credits are valid 12 months from the date of cancellation.
* If you cancel on the first day of your workshop or event, there is no refund.
* If you do not show-up or leave an event early for whatever reason, there is no refund.
* If you attend a workshop or event and are dissatisfied with presentation or content, there is no refund.
