Transformation Cycles

Twice a year, the transformation process is focused into a powerful month-long journey. The Cycle embodies the essence of PachaMama, a profound experience that triggers a process of healing, deep understanding and expansion of consciousness.

It is designed to revitalize and rejuvenate the physical body, the emotional centre and the mind. It is meant to shake and expose all layers of being as a platform to discover a silent and peaceful spirit. Through this experience, the seed of meditation begins to sprout, completing the transformation process with a 8-day silent retreat and a celebration.

Tuning in to PachaMama and introduction to the transformation cycle, completing with a ceremonial sweatlodge, offering gratitude through drumming, song and prayer. A powerful purification ceremony.

In this retreat we seek a direct experience of who we are and pass through and beyond our ideas. The structure creates space to work with the Koan “Who Is In?” as a tool to return to the source inside.

The program includes Satsang with Tyohar twice a day, Yoga and various meditations.

The Transformation Cycle ends with a sharing meeting and a ceremonial sweatlodge, offering gratitude and prayer, celebrating the togetherness.

Open up and tune into the 'vehicle' leading you through the transformation process. This day is about learning to trust the temple of your being. Through the use of body awareness, breathing, movement and dance we re-discover the life force constantly moving inside us.

We will experience various techniques including: learning to ground our energy and embody awareness, breathing exercises to ignite the inner fire, moving to different types of rhythms, and free flowing dance connecting us to the playfulness, aliveness, joy of expressing through our bodies.

This workshop is open for everyone; no previous dance experience is required. All one needs is willingness, curiosity, and a desire to move and be moved.

TanmayaTanmaya
holds a B.A. in psychology. Searching for a wholesome approach to therapy, that regards the mind-psyche while including expression and healing through body and movement, she studied for 3 years and certified as a Dance Movement Therapist. Tanmaya has been dancing and practicing movement of different types for many years, focusing on connecting movement, therapy and meditation.

They have experimented with Japanese cooking, macrobiotic cuisine, and have studied food traditions from many different cultures, as well as cultivating Raw Food techniques. They have amassed a wealth of experience in the field of nutrition and food preparation. The art of creating the perfect meal/snack is to make it both healthy and energizing as well as being incredibly scrumptious. They currently have a passionate love affair with the cacao bean.
