A Silent Retreat is a precious opportunity to devote all your time and energy to explore yourself through the guidance of satsang and meditation. An invitation to discover that which you are beyond your mind and beyond your personality.
A week long Silent Retreat in the beautiful countryside of Torale, Italy with satsangs twice a day and creating a meditative space to explore within. Active meditations and silent sittings are holding this space along the day.
It is an opportunity to dive inwards in silence with Tyohar in the presence of a beautiful nature surrounding, on the Trasimeno lake, Umbria, Italy.



The retreat takes place at the modernized castle, “Borgo Torale” with the participants living in separate smaller communal houses with individual kitchens and bathrooms.
Accommodation: 3 apartments with a single sofa bed and 8 apartments with double sofa beds.
There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the apartments are equipped with kitchens furnished with everything you need from ovens to dishwashing machines. It’s possible to shop for food in the village nearby. It is also possible to buy 2 meals a day at the retreat place at additional costs.
There is a swimming pool at the castle.

Price: € 495 or € 395 per week depending on choice of bed or sofa bed. (Notice that there are only 3 openings for sofa beds.)

Directions to Torale by car:
Coming from the North:
Take the autostrada del Sole A1 exit at Val di Chiana. Follow the sign to Perugia on road no. 75, exit at Passignano Ovest. Stay on the left follow the signs for Tuoro, after few minutes you will see the sign TORALE follow it until arriving in place.
Coming from the South:
Take the autostrada del Sole A1 exit at Orte then take the E 45 to Perugia. Then take the road no. 75 that goes toward Firenze, Exit at “assignano Ovest, follow the sign to Tuoro. After few minutes you will see a sign for Torale follow it till arriving in place.
Alternative exit: Take the autostrada del Sole A1, exit at Chiusi-Chianciano, Follow the sign to Chiusi, then to Castiglione del Lago, then to “Perugia “on the 75 road. Exit at Passignano ovest, Stay on the left follow the signs for Tuoro, after few minutes you will see the sign TORALE follow it until arriving in place.
