The Authentic Flow morning yoga workshop provides the tools and pathways to connect to one’s natural flow by shedding layers of contractions, allowing the movement to be expressed from within, raising awareness to experience the beauty and simplicity of the present moment.
This three-day yoga workshop is an invitation to dive deeper into the vast realms of ancient yoga wisdom, learning to embody one’s authentic flow through an integrative blend of hatha yoga, movement meditation and pranayama exercises.
The workshop uses the mornings as a laboratory to sense and discover the body, giving space in the afternoon for integration and rest.
Each morning will focus on different body parts to awaken different energies.
Sessions will be held between 9:00 – 12:30.
Day 1 – coming together and grounding in the space, working with the lower body energies, using different exercises to awaken the roots, connecting to the earth vibration.
Day 2 – bringing the awareness up to the central body, working with more tapas exercises and different pranayamas to awaken the inner Fire.
Day 3 – exploring the upper body, using different ways to open the chest and shoulder area, creating space for the heart to shine.
