Who would you be, how would you feel, what would you change if you had five more days to live?
In this workshop, participants explore how they relate to their own death and therefore to life by setting up a fictitious very close ‘dead-line’. The urgency of the ‘five days left to live’ will be used to dive into the preciousness of each moment, to connect to what is essential to each and to allow the simplicity of true expression to come through.
The workshop will take place on five mornings and two evenings. The format gives a chance to bring the theme of each meeting into the day, giving space to play, try, explore and integrate one’s practice into daily life. Conversation, exercises, meditation, sharing, drawing, journaling and visualization are implemented to use the end of our life as a way to illuminate the present.
The workshop on death was totally empowering, enlightening and energizing. It helped me better understand how my fears hold me back from living fully.
The course was nothing short of life-changing. Ramya’s teaching techniques, her intuitiveness and warmth, her ability to create a sense of trust in a group, all contributed to an amazing experience. It should be on everyone’s ‘life’ course list.
