This workshop – inspired by Gurdjieff Sacred Dances along with various embodiment and dance practices – is an invitation to explore body, mind, heart, and emotions through a dance meditation laboratory, opening the door to expansion, love, and acceptance of one’s being.
Being more present within the body and taking distance from the mind creates a space for observation and remembering the essence of being, beyond one’s personality and history. Reconnecting with life energy, self-compassion, and love allows harmonious alignment of the body-mind-heart as a whole.
The workshop includes group movement and as well freestyle dance which serves as a platform for expansion of awareness, centering, and exploring connection dynamics with others.
This practice supports the coordination of different parts of the body and re-connects the right and left brain hemispheres. It opens a deeper quality of inner listening and the ability to be more present and still. Tapping into the practice of effortless effort creates a space to become one with the present moment, like a tuned instrument through which life can flow freely.
It is possible to join for the first day of the group only.
