Meet Sandra Vanatko

Sandra Vanatko, the driving force and founder behind Indra’s Grace: A Yoga & Meditation Studio, brings an extensive wealth of experience to this training. With over 17 years of dedicated practice and exploration in classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, Indo-Tibetan meditation traditions, Hakomi-trained somatic practices, and somatic healing, Sandra is a seasoned and esteemed yoga and meditation teacher, mentor, and guide who has led students worldwide. She has been a small business owner since 2010 and, since 2007, has compassionately guided thousands of individuals through the realms of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and embodiment.

Sandra has graduated hundreds of yoga teachers through both her 200-hour and advanced 300-hour teacher trainings. She has also been invited to teach at hospitals, clinics, the Boys and Girls Club of America, and more, sharing the healing effects of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
