Testimonials

Teacher training has been a profoundly beneficial experience. I have grown in ways I did not know were possible and would recommend this course to everyone!

I love this yoga studio and the people here. I was a complete beginner when starting my journey here many years ago and have always felt so safe and welcome in this space. While I didn’t really have a desire to be a yoga teacher, I knew I wanted more of what they offered here so I finally took the leap and did a teacher training. Truly one of the best decisions of my life! It was a physical and spiritual healing journey where I now feel like I have so many tools to navigate the ups and downs of life and be able to share with others as well. Indra’s Grace has the most knowledgeable and compassionate instructors. Sandra has graciously helped guide me through some of the most challenging things in my life through her personal healing sessions, while always gifting me with feeling more empowered and at ease than I was before. I’m so grateful for her and this lovely studio! – Bailey Mouser

Indra’s Grace Yoga and Meditation Studio is an incredible special place. I started my journey with yoga a year and 1/2 ago. It was my first experience with yoga. My first yoga practice was taught by Sandra, the owner of the studio, she was so welcoming. I truly felt her appreciation of me starting my yoga journey. How she communicated with me in a gentle and calm voice, amazing eye contact, and so grateful that I choose to do this for myself. She sent me a email expressing her gratitude, excitement of meeting me and my journey with yoga. The more and more I can back to my mat- I was blessed to meet and get to know all of the incredible teachers at the studio. Their  knowledge alone of yoga truly impressed me. I knew I was where I was suppose to be. Indra’s Grace has all types of yoga to fit anyone’s needs and you will be welcomed and supportive just like I was at my beginning and still am. I can’t express enough to come and see for yourself. The connection of the community is so wonderful. I promise you WILL be impressed with your experience and be in a safe place to start your journey. Come and Enjoy – Jodi Morrison

Indra’s Grace is a Yoga & Meditation Studio that is dedicated to serve each individual who is interested in personally improving and perhaps in helping others.  Participate in person or on line. Feel welcome and safe participating in a group class.  There are many types of classes from which to select, including those geared to senior citizens. Enjoy the particularities of the occasional specific special offerings (some special  offerings  are in-person only.) Become transformed by enrolling in an in-depth study along with an opportunity to prepare to teach.  I can wholeheartedly recommend classes. For years I’ve invested in a full year’s membership because I can take advantage of participating at home and while traveling as well as in-person…ADVANTAGE: the per-class rate works out to be very reasonable! One special class I especially enjoyed (in-person) was the meditative sound bath. THE BEST…an in-depth study was what I savored for the first time in 2023.  Appreciated it so much that I audited it again in 2024. Second time around was more than a “refresher” as updated content was included.  Oh, yes, Indra’s Grace also leads several yoga retreats each year! Costa Rica and Mexico were two I thoroughly enjoyed. My original retirement goal was travel, and these two  trips are my “fave” to date! – Laura Adcock

“Completing YTT through Indra’s Grace has absolutely been one of the best experiences of my life! The depth of information about all things “yoga” was amazing and each time we met, it left me fulfilled but yet wanting more. I don’t believe that there are better teachers than those that provided our instruction and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. If you are thinking at all about becoming a yoga teacher, Indra’s Grace would be well worth your while!”

“Indra’s Grace is above and beyond most teacher trainings. Other students in my training classes had taken training elsewhere but did not receive the in-depth knowledge that is truly required to be an excellent yoga teacher and yogi. Diving deep into the meaning of yoga and how to be a genuine yogi was so powerful. If you are looking to stop the record in your head telling you that you are not enough, this training is for you! Sandra and Jenny are Truly compassionate, caring and provide step by step instructions for yoga, a deeper spirituality of ones choosing which results in self-acceptance and compassion to help heal humanity.”

“If you’re experiencing even the smallest of callings to take the training, I recommend going for it. This isn’t just about learning how to inhabit poses and how to teach. It’s a deep and non-judgmental exploration of self — our habits, our blocks, and our limiting beliefs. Sandra and Jenny are beautiful guides. This training has changed my life, opening me up to living more authentically and with radical self-love. Give yourself this gift!”

“10 Stars! I would recommend Indra’s teacher trainings because you get the FULL yoga training and so much more! It has been truly transformational for me!”

“The ability to take classes on line and on demand made teacher training possible for me this year. I have wanted to do this for a long time. I wanted to deepen my own understanding of yoga, and came out with so much more – also more understanding of pranayama and meditation and feel that the basis of love and respect for others should be shared.”

“A life changing Program for anyone who is interested in self discovery or to become an empathetic/compassionate yoga teacher. Experienced, compassionate, and devoted teachers and fellow yogis. Embarking on this adventure is the best thing I have ever done in my life. So grateful, and thankful. Lots of love!”
