This workshop is about diving into our inner landscape, moving wildly and consciously, using different breathing techniques to finally rest in the space of Stillness and Silence.
Dancing is one of the ways our ancestors used as a natural way of healing. We will dance and move ecstatically to release old patterns, letting go of control and allowing us to connect with our innocent inner child who used to move freely.
The use of different conscious breathing techniques affects our movement and allows us to drop into the body and into the present moment as it is, supporting us to feel fully alive and energized.
By clearing these layers of conditioning and repression, freeing the breath and being in the body we can rest into who we are.
In times when “doing” seems to be endless…The practice of Yin & Restorative Yoga is the counter cultural practice of Being, reminding us of slowing down, receiving support, softening the body and mind, surrendering to the moment as it is.
