    This three-morning workshop is a gentle yet powerful way to reignite the practice and dive deeper into it.

    It is comprised of three, 2-hour morning sessions, allowing the rest of the day to be spent in rest, reflection and integration.

    The workshop is based on the wisdom of Ha-Tha yoga (Sun-Moon yoga), interweaving strong, active flow and soft, slow restorative poses into a harmonious whole.

    On top of asana practice, the group will include pranayama practice and guided meditations.
