The No Mind workshop is a safe and nourishing process that is designed to cleanse and de-stress the mind and body, allowing clarity and unity to blossom from within.
In western society, one’s mind is often burdened with constant activity and movement. This movement creates stress that accumulates in the system. It monopolises one’s energies and many times sabotages the flow of life through the body and spirit.
This workshop uses tools such as gibberish, body movement, sound, and breath to discharge emotions, thoughts, and concepts, helping to clear space to put attention on the grace and quality of meditation.
Takes place across 5 mornings, from 9am-12.30pm
