The No Mind workshop is a safe and nourishing process that is designed to cleanse and de-stress the mind and body, allowing clarity and unity to blossom from within. In western society, one’s mind is often burdened with constant activity and movement. This movement creates stress that accumulates in the system.
This workshop uses tools such as gibberish, body movement, sound, and breath to discharge emotions, thoughts, and concepts. After the discharge the group is ready to sit in silence, with the intention to recognize and get nourished by the quality and grace of meditation.
This group takes place across 5 mornings, from 9am-12.30pm
