This day workshop is an invitation to first create spaciousness in the body through conscious movement techniques such as free dance and emotional expression.

Then, move into Stillness through Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra practices.

Through Yin Yoga, one is able to get in touch with feminine energy to find the edge, to surrender, and rest.

Restorative Yoga teaches the art of resting, self care, and caring for others.

In Yoga Nidra – also called “yogi sleep” – one can move into a meditative state on the borderline between wakefulness and sleep, unlocking the doors of the subconscious. This creates the perfect soil to plant the seed of intention to carry into daily life.
