The theater day event offers a safe space to experience playfulness and explore different ways of self-expression – a platform for creativity. The group will dive into moments of totality to release shyness and invite the magic of the present moment. Stepping in and out of roles and emotions brings awareness that one is not the role they play, but the whiteness behind. Throughout the day, group activities will create space for sharpening abilities to joyfully play with one another.
Improvisations, centering exercises, awareness, and cooperation practices are the basic tools of this day event, following the flow of the moment. There will also be a short play created and performed within the group.
No skills or experience needed – just the curiosity to jump into a new adventure.
Acting is certainly the most spiritual of professions for the simple reason that the actor has to be in a paradox: he has to become identified with the act he is performing, and yet remain a watcher.
