Nena Murillo runs a raw food gourmet restaurant in San Jose called Raw Co. Juicery & Food since 2014. She is a traditional chef and learned about raw food in an autodidact way, applying what she’s learned while traveling through the different kitchens of the world. Nena is specialized in raw foods, cold pressed juices, dehydrated and fermented foods.
All of her food is plant-based, gluten free, free of refined products, organic, and full of nutrients. She has a deep passion for local, Costa Rican products, since this country is a paradise for the ones who live a lifestyle like this. Nena’s intention is to offer good things to her people through Raw Food.
