with Veda Ela
3 days of exploration through Yoga to relax, de-stress, and rejuvenate. Veda Ela will teach Hatha Yoga Flow (Yang Yoga), drawing from different styles and Yin-Restorative Yoga, balancing the dynamic power of flow with the softness and stillness of meditation. Each person is encouraged to connect with body and mind through a strong focus on the breath, while guided into precise body alignment and deep relaxation within.
These ancient yogic techniques will take you on a deep journey into your inner core, gently peeling away layers of physical, mental and emotional tension. The exploration through meditation, inquiry and body awareness practice will support you to re-connect with your true self.
The mornings will be more active with free movement, dance and Yang/active yoga practice, to develop muscular strength, stamina and flexibility.
The afternoons practice will be passive and more meditative: Yin-Restorative Yoga, Meditation techniques and Pranayama. Restorative Yoga is passive form that helps to reach deep into the connective tissue, aiding healing while stimulating the “nadis” or meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow.
There will be space for some theory, understanding of technical aspects of the practice, questions and answers.
