Held across three mornings, this workshop is an invitation to connect with the exploration, breathing, listening, strengthening, and softening. An opportunity to move with – rather than against – the natural flow of the body.
Each morning begins with a theme of inquiry, followed by asana practice.
Movement initiates with the breath, expanding and flowing through vinyasa sequences in different rhythms and forms. Moving between expanding and contracting, folding and unfolding, strengthening and softening, to align spirit with form, from the inside out.
Following the vinyasa flows are yin and restorative poses, to allow one to surrender to gravity and integrate the practice.
Held on 3 mornings from 6:30 to 9am
