Attuning to the invisible opens a pathway into presence and awareness. Falling into this moment and becoming more conscious is at the heart of this work.
Inspired by Reiki, the workshop explores ways of opening the inner channels and reconnecting with the natural flow of life force. As the doors of energy awareness begin to open, participants may come to recognise themselves as vessels of awareness through which energy moves and expresses.
Through practice with oneself and others, a simple hands-on energy modality rooted in presence gradually unfolds. Attunements will also be offered to help open the energetic channel and deepen the connection.
Whether experienced with energy work or just beginning, all are welcome. For those who already have Reiki Level 1, this offers a different experience that can deepen and expand existing understanding. Participants will complete the workshop with a Reiki Level 1 certificate.
In Visible is a journey within and without. It’s a deep dive into the power of presence, of beingness, of oneness. It’s also a journey of community, of coming together as one, remembering that we were never truly separate.

No. In Visible is open to complete beginners as well as those with previous experience. The practices are introduced step by step, and no prior knowledge is required.
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, presence, and self-awareness through gentle hands-on or hands-near-body techniques. In this workshop, Reiki serves as a foundation for exploring subtle energy and cultivating greater awareness.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore practices for sensing and working with subtle energy, deepen your awareness of yourself and others, and learn a simple hands-on energy modality inspired by Reiki. Participants also receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate upon completion.
