A safe space to release emotions and let go of deep patterns, when the longing for freedom outweighs the fear of pain.
Wisdom of Breath: Childhood Deconditioning is an experiential journey into the raw, authentic emotional body and the core feelings we first experienced in childhood.
In this workshop, we explore anger, fear, sadness, as well as joy, love, playfulness, and curiosity—not as concepts, but as living energies moving through the body.
Through breath, movement, sound, and direct expression, we create a safe space to access suppressed emotions and reconnect with our instinctual nature. This is where much of our life force, passion, creativity, and vitality have been waiting to be reclaimed.
As we reconnect with our emotional body, we rediscover authenticity, freedom, and aliveness.
Healing is not only about understanding, reliving, or releasing the past. To create lasting change, we also need to cultivate a new inner experience.
Through the principles of neuroplasticity, we recognize that the brain and nervous system remain capable of learning throughout life. Just as we can learn a new language or develop a new physical skill, we can also develop new emotional patterns, healthier beliefs, and more supportive ways of relating to ourselves and to life.
Many of our emotional responses were learned in childhood. They once helped us adapt, yet some may no longer serve who we are today. Through conscious practice, we can gradually create new neural pathways that support greater freedom, resilience, and authenticity.
Integration happens through the heart.
Using HeartMath®, biofeedback, and heart-centered practices, we cultivate a state of coherence where compassion, acceptance, and self-love become available—even toward the parts of ourselves that still carry pain, confusion, or fear.
From this place, healing is no longer about fixing ourselves. It is about gently re-parenting ourselves, transforming old patterns, and creating new ways of thinking, feeling, and living that reflect the person we are becoming.
Primal Feelings is for people who feel ready to reconnect with their emotional world—not by talking about it, but by experiencing it directly.

Every participant’s experience is different, but many leave with:
Rather than promising transformation, Primal Feelings offers a safe and supportive environment to explore your emotional landscape through direct experience.
Amara’s journey into healing began in 1997 with the realization that true transformation starts with personal responsibility. Since then, he has explored a wide range of therapeutic and contemplative traditions, including Chinese medicine philosophy, breathwork, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, biofeedback, and nonviolent communication.
As one of the founding members of PachaMama Eco Village, Amara has spent more than two decades supporting individuals through emotional healing and personal growth. His facilitation combines therapeutic depth with compassion, helping participants reconnect with the wisdom of the body while creating a grounded and supportive space for exploration.
His work integrates somatic awareness, breath, movement, and practical tools that participants can continue to apply long after the workshop ends.
Through the wisdom of the breath, emotional healing and conscious integration become one continuous journey. We release what no longer serves us, cultivate new possibilities, and rediscover the freedom to live with an open heart, a coherent nervous system, and a deeper connection to ourselves and to life.
