he Sanskrit word ‘Satsang’
means “Meeting with Truth”. This
is the heart of Tyohar’s work and
the essence of the journey in
Pacha Mama. Living closely and
sitting silently in the presence of a
living Master can nourish the deepest longing of the soul.
In Satsang, Tyohar exposes the
workings of the mind while pointing
to that which is beyond the mind.
He responds to questions and
guides the gathering to a silent
space within. The Satsang always
starts with the ‘Namaste greeting’,
which means: “The Buddha in me
recognizes and bows down to the
Buddha in you”. Satsangs happen
in Pacha Mama spontaneously
throughout the year, and are
an integral part of the Silence
Retreats.
is happening here. A constant reminder of your
Buddha nature, the very essence of who you are.
It is the reminder that right now and right here
you are whole. Your mind might be occupied with
some thoughts, with some circumstances of life
and might be overlooking it. You still might want
to become somebody, to reach somewhere, to
achieve. But that doesn’t change the fact that your
true fulfillment will come when you realize that as
you are now, you are already whole and free
freshness of the here and now. You melt into this
moment. Being here and now means that you
carry no past, no history, and you are not busy with
the future. That is where our deepest meeting is
happening. That is when oneness is happening.
The Satsang is always an invitation: let go, relax.
For a moment go beyond being ordinary or special,
a failure or a success, an ‘advanced’ or a ‘beginner’.
Take the witness seat of the movie of your life
