    PachaMama Cancellation Policy

    (please read carefully before making any payments)

    PachaMama is a non-profit organization. All income is reinvested into the commune. We have limited accommodation space and the Welcome team relies on accurate bookings for preparing events, workshops and accommodation units.

     

     If you cancel:

    1. More than 30 days in advance of your scheduled booking 

    • 20% cancellation fee (minimum $100) on the entire cost of your accommodation and groups that are booked.
    • The remaining balance (minus the cancellation fee) will be refunded to the credit card you paid with.

     

    2. Within the 30 days of your scheduled booking: 

    • 20% cancellation fee (minimum $100) on the entire cost of your accommodation and groups that are booked.
    • The remaining balance is kept on your account as a credit to be used in PachaMama valid for the next 2 years.
    • The credit is non-transferable to another person.
    • There is no refund or credit if you cancel on the arrival date

     

    3. Once you arrive to PachaMama – Accommodation cancellation policy:

    • There is no refund or credit given on your accommodation if you decide for any reason to delay your arrival, shorten your stay, leave early or if you do not show up.
    • The accommodation cannot be given to anyone else.

     

    4. Once you arrive to PachaMama – Groups and workshops cancellation policy:

    • Up to 48 hours before the group begins: cancellation is without penalty.
    • Within 48 hours of the group starting: 20% cancellation fee from the group cost, rest of the balance is kept on your account as a credit to be used in PachaMama valid for the next 2 years.
    • There is no refund or credit if you cancel on the start date of the group.
    • No refund or credit is available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

     

    5. If PachaMama cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.

     

    In addition:

    1. Reserved accommodation is paid in full at the arrival check-in.

    2. If you have a booking of more than 3 months, a payment option can be given.

    3. From the 15th of December until January 3rd, priority for accommodation is given to silent retreat participants. No refund will be given during this time on accommodation or any events.

    4. Payments or credits are not transferable to another person.

    5. Credit from cancellations can be used for events, workshops, healing arts sessions, and accommodation in the future not for vouchers.
