Body Sanctuary

Living from the center of being

During these three days, Nayra will focus on guiding participants from the scattered, fast-paced ever-spinning movement of society - with its pressure of achieving, delivering, and fitting in - toward the real sanctuary: where kindness and love reside, our inner home.

Nayra

Nayra is a Yogi, Dancer, Breathwork facilitator and mostly a student of life.  A natural seeker, she became a professional dancer and met the world of yoga two decades ago.… Read more about Nayra

The group cultivates a space where one can rest in a sacred pause, connect to the ever-present silence, where a movement practice can become a ritual, a direct path of healing, a deep conversation with oneself.

A well of embodiment practices like yoga and its philosophy guide the journey:

Breathwork

The breath connects participants to the subtle realms and opens pathways to nourish the body with prana.

Guided Meditations and Yoga Nidra

These practices bring through deep rest and reinstall healthy patterns in the subconscious.

Self Inquiry, Contemplation, and Dance

Drop inward, give form and words to the inner processes, unlock suppressed energy, and transcend fears into insight, inspiration, and embodied trust.

Ritual

Find a sense of sacredness within all, and install ways to resource and surrender.

In this space where deeply rooted compassion can meet the wild spirit of curiosity, participants are encouraged to find the freedom to explore and move through the pain and joys, expanding one’s edges in a safe and playful environment. This is a space to feel to heal.

It is often said that for someone to feel  “real” power they must first soften and release through layers upon layers of conditioning and holding. As the group finds the tender space of nourishing rest through the practices, participants can attune toward their radiant voice of the heart and reconnect to the nature of their nature, and leave walking with a deepened sense of empowerment, alignment and intuition.

No previous experience is needed, bring a willingness to explore, move and inquire.

“If we give form to our true unique movement, healing will reveal itself, simply because this is who we are.”  – unknown
