What does it mean to be truly prosperous? In a world where success is often measured by accumulation, this workshop invites a radical redefinition. Based on Vivian Dittmar’s book True Prosperity, this level explores five dimensions of holistic wealth: Time, Relationships, Creativity, Ecological Awareness, and Spirituality. It’s a space to question inherited beliefs around scarcity, performance, and productivity—and to reconnect with what truly nourishes your life.
Participants are guided through reflections and exercises that uncover where they already experience deep prosperity—and where they may still be caught in limiting patterns. You’ll explore the relationship between inner and outer resources, and how to create conditions that support meaningful, sustainable well-being. This workshop is not about guilt or renunciation, but about becoming conscious of what you are truly longing for—and how to cultivate it in daily life.
Many leave this workshop with a renewed sense of alignment and purpose, feeling more grounded in their values and more connected to the world around them. Whether you’re questioning your work, your pace of life, or your relationship to money and meaning, this workshop offers a space to recalibrate. It’s an invitation to step into a form of prosperity that is both deeply personal and fundamentally relational.
This workshop is the last part of a 6 part Workshop Series held by Vivian Dittmar.

I no longer feel alone with the sense that economic success alone is not fulfilling. I am
part of a community of people who feel the same way and who have set out to heal old
wounds and cultivate new forms of prosperity: better relationships with ourselves, our
fellow human beings, and our environment. That is truly wonderful!
— Timm, ”True Prosperity” workshop
The course has enabled me to find an inner connection between my needs for
closeness and distance. Step by step, I am now finding this balance in my everyday
relationships. Especially in my partnership, it is becoming easier and at the same time
more intimate.
— Leon Sommerfeldt, The Art of Relating course participant
Vivian has a profound reflection on affect that is not just theoretical, but expressed as a
transformative practice.
— John Vervaeke, author of ‘Awakening from the Meaning Crisis’, professor of
psychology and cognitive science, University of Toronto
The course has totally changed me. I have finally found a way to no longer suppress
difficult feelings.

Before the course: The ship navigates across the sea in a zigzag course, fully loaded
and sluggish, driven by the mind. After the course: I have less fear and, as a result, I am
more myself in everyday life. The ship glides with clear intention, consciously and calmly
through the sea, guided by inspiration, heart intelligence, intuition, and rationality.
— Isabelle Gruber, Inner GPS with Vivian Dittmar course participant
