How do we know what’s truly right for us? In a world full of noise and external pressure, many of us lose touch with our own inner compass. This workshop, based on Vivian Dittmar’s book Your Inner GPS, is an invitation to rediscover and trust your inner navigation system. It introduces five key inner faculties—Inspiration, Intuition, Heart Intelligence, Rationality, and Intention—and supports you in integrating them into your daily decision-making.
Through experiential practices and embodied reflection, participants learn to distinguish between internal guidance and habitual thought patterns or external conditioning. You’ll explore how each of the five faculties communicates and when to rely on which one. Most importantly, you’ll begin to develop a personal, embodied connection to your own inner wisdom—what many describe as a quiet, clear sense of knowing that goes beyond logic or impulse.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all answers, this level supports the development of inner discernment. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to tune in more clearly to your next step, navigate uncertainty with greater ease, and make aligned decisions that reflect both your values and your deeper truth. This workshop is especially powerful for those at a crossroads or seeking greater clarity and direction in life.
This workshop is Level 5 of a 6 part Workshop Series held by Vivian Dittmar.

I no longer feel alone with the sense that economic success alone is not fulfilling. I am
part of a community of people who feel the same way and who have set out to heal old
wounds and cultivate new forms of prosperity: better relationships with ourselves, our
fellow human beings, and our environment. That is truly wonderful!
— Timm, ”True Prosperity” workshop
The course has enabled me to find an inner connection between my needs for
closeness and distance. Step by step, I am now finding this balance in my everyday
relationships. Especially in my partnership, it is becoming easier and at the same time
more intimate.
— Leon Sommerfeldt, The Art of Relating course participant
Vivian has a profound reflection on affect that is not just theoretical, but expressed as a
transformative practice.
— John Vervaeke, author of ‘Awakening from the Meaning Crisis’, professor of
psychology and cognitive science, University of Toronto
The course has totally changed me. I have finally found a way to no longer suppress
difficult feelings.
— Daniel Trumino, participant
Before the course: The ship navigates across the sea in a zigzag course, fully loaded
and sluggish, driven by the mind. After the course: I have less fear and, as a result, I am
more myself in everyday life. The ship glides with clear intention, consciously and calmly
through the sea, guided by inspiration, heart intelligence, intuition, and rationality.
— Isabelle Gruber, Inner GPS with Vivian Dittmar course participant
