This Awareness Intensive weaves together the silent, inward-facing discipline of Zen with a modern method of conscious communication: the dyad technique. Participants sit face to face, within a sacred and intentional structure, and inquire deeply into present-moment truth. What is alive right now? What remains when stories, identities, and roles are set aside?
Throughout the retreat, exploration centers around two koans—Who is in? and Who am I?—offering multiple perspectives on the mystery of being. This is not a conceptual practice. It is not about solving or analyzing. It is about staying present with what arises, moment by moment.
Though not designed for change, this work often leads to profound transformation. While not a form of therapy, it holds a deeply therapeutic quality. As inner layers dissolve, a deeper presence, clarity, and vitality begin to reveal themselves.
The space is one of trust, listening, honesty, and meaningful connection—with others and with the deeper self. With time and openness, something essential begins to surface. The search for self shifts into the direct experience of truth, lived rather than found.
This is an invitation to meet what is real. To return to the heart of Being.
