Finding inner balance is the meeting of the two fundamental and valuable tools of inner growth: therapy and neuroplasticity.

 

In therapy breathwork, movement, and other techniques are used to understand, mature, and discharge emotional and mental systems that may otherwise sabotage the present moment.

Inquiry will happen into areas in oneself that needs attention and love so they can come full circle again and be dropped.

 

Neuroplasticity is the ability to re-learn and master new skills by implementing them into the subconscious mind. Just as one can learn a new language, one can learn new mental and emotional states like self-love, abundance, and fearlessness.

Learning how to access the lower brain wave state of theta which helps one to learn new behavior and implement them into daily life.

 

Biofeedback
Special technology is used to give feedback about the physical level of coherency and the state of the heart space. The inner balance devices participants use, monitor the heart rate variation (HRV ) and teach how to find the “ZONE” where one is present and in unity.

The group starts at 3pm on the first day.
