If you want to cancel your participation in the WEX program:
More than 60 days before the start:
20% cancellation fee ($100 minimum), the remaining amount (minus a
cancellation fee) will be refunded to the credit card you paid with
Within the 31 – 60 days:
20% cancellation fee, the remaining amount (minus a cancellation fee)
will be kept as a credit on your account for the future, to be used in
PachaMama, valid for the next 2 years
Within 15 – 30 days:
50% cancellation fee, the remaining amount (minus a cancellation fee)
will be kept as a credit on your account for the future, to be used in
PachaMama, valid for the next 2 years
There is no refund and no credit given when:
Within the 14 days before the program starts
If you decide to leave earlier than the agreed commitment
