Many of us carry invisible emotional baggage—residues of unprocessed experiences and suppressed feelings that quietly influence our behavior, relationships, and perceptions. We may react strongly to seemingly minor situations, struggle to feel fully present, or sense that something is holding us back. This “emotional backpack,” as Vivian Dittmar describes it, is not a flaw or a failing—it’s a natural consequence of growing up in a world where emotions are often misunderstood or unwelcome. In this workshop, we learn to recognize the contents of our backpack and begin the process of conscious release. Learn more here.

In a culture that often teaches us to fear or suppress our feelings, reconnecting with the innate intelligence of emotions can be a revolutionary act. This workshop is a deep immersion into the five core feelings: anger, sadness, fear, joy, and shame. Each of these emotional forces has a specific function, and when we learn to recognize, welcome, and work with them, they become powerful allies. Rather than being at the mercy of overwhelming emotions or numbing ourselves to avoid them, we begin to relate to them as messengers—each carrying information that guides us back to our truth.
One of the core tools introduced in this level is the Emotional Compass, a practical and intuitive framework that helps you understand what each feeling is pointing to and how to respond accordingly.

Relationships are perhaps the most beautiful and challenging terrain of human experience. In this workshop, based on Vivian Dittmar’s book beziehungsweise, we explore the intricate dynamics of closeness and distance, bonding and autonomy. Many of us unknowingly repeat early attachment patterns, swinging between co-dependence and radical independence. This workshop offers a way out of these patterns—not by rejecting them, but by becoming conscious of them and expanding our capacity to choose.

How do we know what’s truly right for us? In a world full of noise and external pressure, many of us lose touch with our own inner compass. This workshop, based on Vivian Dittmar’s book Your Inner GPS, is an invitation to rediscover and trust your inner navigation system. It introduces five key inner faculties—Inspiration, Intuition, Heart Intelligence, Rationality, and Intention—and supports you in integrating them into your daily decision-making.

What does it mean to be truly prosperous? In a world where success is often measured by accumulation, this workshop invites a radical redefinition. Based on Vivian Dittmar’s book True Prosperity, this level explores five dimensions of holistic wealth: Time, Relationships, Creativity, Ecological Awareness, and Spirituality. It’s a space to question inherited beliefs around scarcity, performance, and productivity—and to reconnect with what truly nourishes your life.
Once you’ve completed all six levels, you can apply for the therapist training.
I no longer feel alone with the sense that economic success alone is not fulfilling. I am
part of a community of people who feel the same way and who have set out to heal old
wounds and cultivate new forms of prosperity: better relationships with ourselves, our
fellow human beings, and our environment. That is truly wonderful!
— Timm, ”True Prosperity” workshop
The course has enabled me to find an inner connection between my needs for
closeness and distance. Step by step, I am now finding this balance in my everyday
relationships. Especially in my partnership, it is becoming easier and at the same time
more intimate.
— Leon Sommerfeldt, The Art of Relating course participant
Vivian has a profound reflection on affect that is not just theoretical, but expressed as a
transformative practice.
— John Vervaeke, author of ‘Awakening from the Meaning Crisis’, professor of

The course has totally changed me. I have finally found a way to no longer suppress
difficult feelings.

Before the course: The ship navigates across the sea in a zigzag course, fully loaded
and sluggish, driven by the mind. After the course: I have less fear and, as a result, I am
more myself in everyday life. The ship glides with clear intention, consciously and calmly
through the sea, guided by inspiration, heart intelligence, intuition, and rationality.
— Isabelle Gruber, Inner GPS with Vivian Dittmar course participant
