Biohacking is a scientific and holistic approach that optimizes health and wellness through ancestral wisdom and the latest in modern science.

Why has biohacking become one of the latest health crazes? Some do it because they don’t feel well and want to go beyond traditional medicine to address health concerns. Others hope to enhance brain cognition and slow down the aging process.

Biohackers will be practicing several healing modalities such as Wim Hof Breathwork (facilitated by a certified instructor), cold water therapy, intravenous micronutrient therapy (facilitated by a holistic doctor), yoga, meditation, and forest bathing. A ceremonial sweat lodge will bring it to completion. Superfood smoothies will be provided, as well as modern healthcare gadgets to engage with (e.g. color therapy glasses, massage gun, bioresonance device, Chinese therapy balls, acupressure mat)
Located in the prana clinic of Pachamama, participants will also have the opportunity to sit in on round table talks with health professionals, sharing information and tools available to support them on their health pursuits.

Intravenous therapy with micronutrients and hydration will consist of the Myers cocktail. Myers’s Cocktail is a universal mixture of essential minerals and vitamins created by John Myers, MD in the 1970s.
It’s a source of nutrients to stimulate the immune system and prevent diseases such as asthma, rhinitis, and migraines. The cocktail is said to relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, anxiety, fatigue, and insomnia.
    Contains: magnesium, calcium, vitamin B5, B6, B12, B-complex, and vitamin C
