Restorative Yoga supports this inner process — a gentle practice that encourages not only to calm the body but to rewire the nervous system. With the use of props to support the body, the mind can drop the fight, surrender, and fully integrate the revelations uncovered during the constellation work.
Restorative yoga is accessible to everyone no matter the age, body fitness or “yoga experience”. It’s an invitation to Silence, Stillness and Integration.
Together, these practices create a container where vulnerability meets strength, where surrender fuels empowerment, and where real, lasting healing can erupt.
Over the course of these three days, we will explore Family Constellation in the mornings, followed by Restorative Yoga in the afternoons—all held in a safe, supportive, and compassionate group setting.

2.30pm – 5.30: Restorative Yoga and Somatic practices for integration.
