PachaMama is a nature-based eco-village and retreat center dedicated to conscious living, inner exploration, and connection with the natural world. Set in a lush jungle environment, it offers a simple, grounded space where daily life slows down and presence deepens.
There is something about this environment that naturally supports inner work in a way that feels both subtle and profound. Removed from the usual noise and distractions of everyday life, practitioners often find it easier to settle, listen inwardly, and access deeper states of awareness.
Participants are invited into a rhythm of meditation, movement, silence, and community, supported by a setting designed to minimize distraction and encourage inner clarity. Living close to nature, with simple and intentional comforts, allows for a more direct experience of self-inquiry, restoration, and transformation.
The first three days of the RY 100-Hour Training are open to everyone as a 3-day workshop — an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
These days offer a gentle yet profound journey into the essence of Restorative Yoga-the yoga of Being: Conscious Rest. It’s a time to release tension and burdens from the past, discover new ways of moving, feeling, and being.
Through somatic practices , conscious movement, meditation, and the foundational principles of Restorative Yoga, you’ll learn how to cultivate presence, softness, and self-awareness — both on and off the mat.
Whether you simply wish to deepen the connection with yourself, or you’re considering joining the full 100-hour journey, this immersion offers an inspiring taste of the path ahead — a nourishing experience of stillness, embodiment, and renewal.
“With all my heart: I thank you for what you teach me, give to me and so many others. In class, it is sometimes like you just talk straight to me. You pick up what’s in the air. Unbelievable how you dare to open your heart, be vulnerable, go to your depths to give from there. Out of all your life experiences. You breathe, you open the gate and let people in.”
Christel Huiting, The Netherlands
“I want to thank you so much for your classes and workshops, it has been amazing for me!!!! THANK YOU. I’m dancing almost every day now, and learning to let go. Your classes really inspired me to keep doing yoga and everything that has to do with it, to stay true to myself and not so much to what everybody else thinks. See you next year!!!! Lots of love.”
Lijdia De Koning, The Netherlands

”Ela’s way of teaching really speaks to me. With fun joy and passion, and at the same time very clear and grounded. The alignment and diving into the nervous system was very helpful. I feel confident in teaching Restorative Yoga and really enjoy it. She touches each part that is important. From music to use of the props and how to safely come out of a pose. It was a true gift to myself to understand better how to rest and how to guide others to that place. I feel it’s very needed nowadays. Ever since the training I started to teach Restorative Yoga or combination classes and people loved it.”
