Dhanjot supports others in processing embodied trauma, reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, and restoring balance, healing, and authentic connection — within themselves and in their relationships. She is an experienced facilitator offering private sessions, group work, and her signature process: Life Integration – Understanding Healing.
Through retreats, workshops, and sacred circles, she shares the teachings of silence, surrender, voice, breath, prayer, sound, celebration, nature, vibration, yoga, and integration.
A Journey of Healing
Years ago, life brought Dhanjot to a place of profound pain — diagnosed with two illnesses deemed incurable by conventional medicine. Her healing began in the whispering stillness of the Alps, walking in silence, step by step. Later, the path of plant medicine unveiled deeper layers of remembrance, transformation, and healing.
Each descent into darkness concealed the spark of transformation — a seed she now invites others to discover within themselves.
Silence: The Medicine of Medicines
When she began walking in silence — closing the doors of noise and distraction — something within her finally had space to speak, to unfold, to heal. Silence became her teacher, guiding her through deep transformation.
Surrender: The Healer of Healers
Healing did not come from doing more, but from surrendering. Surrender — the master of life — became her greatest teacher, and still is. When people ask how she healed, she often replies: I didn’t do it alone. I never walked this path alone.
Even in solitude, she was guided — by what she calls The Power to Be Powerless, or in other words, The Power of Prayer. Prayer became her breath, and through that breath, she began to hear life speaking from within.
Out of silence and surrender, a new way of being was born — one she now shares with others: not to fix, but to listen, to allow, to honor, and to remember that healing is not only possible — it is our birthright.
Sound as Medicine, Voice as Prayer
Before her healing journey, Dhanjot was not a singer. But as the tensions in her spine, belly, chest, and throat began to release, she became like a hollow bamboo — a vessel through which sound could freely flow.
Music, sound, and voice became some of her deepest medicines. She believes every human being carries a powerful and unique voice within. As she often says: Less talking, more singing.
Yoga: The Sacred Geometry of Healing
Dhanjot studied and served for eight years in an Ashram in Portugal. For her, yoga is a sacred dance between Shakti and Bhakti — the science of angles, triangles, and breath that awaken energy, healing, and presence. Being a yogi all these years has helped her stay grounded and connected. When her inner world felt like it was crumbling, yoga became her sanctuary.
Life is a Celebration
We gather to celebrate in ways that uplift the whole being, awaken joy, and rekindle our connection to our true selves, our community, and the mystery beyond. For Dhanjot, celebration is not optional; it is essential. To forget to celebrate is to forget the very gift of being alive.
