Chocolate Making

In a 3 hour long journey we’ll dive into the history of Cacao. The benefits, how it came to chocolate and how we can create rich flavoured chocolate. This is the moment to learn how to craft your own, using creativity and high quality products. We’ll learn how to temper chocolate, how to balance flavours and much more. An open space for questions and encouragement to try something new!

The Class

All level of experience is welcome. First time you are making chocolate? We will start with the basics. More experience? Let’s try a bonbon! Most important is having fun in the process and working with beautiful locally sourced products.

I went to Uri’s chocolate-making workshop a few month ago! We made so many different kinds of chocolates that I basically felt like Willy Wonka by the end. Uri thought us the magical alchemy of cacao — how it turns into rich, dreamy chocolate with different percentages, sweeteners, nuts, fillings, and of course, chocolate bars. And yes… we ate A LOT of chocolate and took with us what we made. It was very informative, delicious, satisfying, creative and I left super happy (and maybe a tiny bit cacao high ).
