A casita is a perfect option for an adventurous traveler. This open-air 13 square meter, three-sided wooden cabin provides a true immersion in nature. Each Casita has a double bed with a mosquito net, a shelf for clothes, and a sitting area. Some casitas are equipped with a cold water, open-air shower. Hot showers are available in the village center as well as lockers. Please bring your own lock and towel.

Pricing: (Per Night)

Price: Single: $15

Long-term discounts: Advanced payment in full for 26 consecutive nights gives the right to receive the following four nights free of charge.

Prices are in $US and include 13% sales tax.

Camping

from $2

Camping in PachaMama is an opportunity to be fully immersed in the vibrant forest. Within a few minutes walking-distance from the village center, the camping area offers shady campsites for travelers who prefer a more rustic adventure amidst the banana trees and wildlife. The camping area is complete with established tent pads, dry composting toilets, and cold water showers, but all campers need to bring their own tents and camping equipment. Lockers and hot showers are available for campers in the village centre. There is Wifi available in the camping.

Due to weather conditions, camping is available only from December through April.

Arrival Info

Casita Guests: arrive between 3–5 PM
Campers: arrive before 3 PM

Late arrivals will be temporarily housed and charged accordingly.

– The minimum stay required for participation in this program is 2 months.

– First-time participants are limited to 2 or 3-month commitments that can be extended after their first month here in PachaMama, upon availability.

– Volunteers in PachaMama enjoy a good volunteer/life balance. This allows them to devote time to meditation and personal growth as well as participate in workshops and community events.

– Opportunities for Volunteers depend on the needs of the community upon arrival. We offer opportunities for Volunteers to learn skills such as cooking, recycling, and more.

– The Volunteer program affords one the chance to meet and connect with like-minded travelers from around the world, melt into the ways of PachaMama, and become a part of the tribe.

– Each Volunteer’s contribution is honored and their commitment to the community is greatly appreciated.
