Becoming present within the body and engaging in conscious movement release stagnant energy and create space to receive life with deepening awareness and vitality.
In the Pacha Mama movement arts studio, we are sharing several styles of Hatha yoga such as Iyengar, Vinyasa flow, Vijnana, Yin yoga, as well as a non-dogmatic approach to this ancient practice.
Yoga practice has become over the years a significant attribute of life in Pacha Mama. It is an integral part of the Transformation Cycle. Yoga workshops are scheduled all along the year, as well as daily classes for beginners and advanced students.
