Prana is a universal energy that exists not only within our subtle body channels but all around. Prana energy exists in the wind, the earth, water, and fire.

As within so without.

In this day event we’ll explore different forms to connect and awaken the Prana within.

YOGA, BREATHWORK, DANCE.

 

Yoga

 

Yoga creates a union between body, breath, spirit, and mind.
It serves as a way to ground the presence in the body, and invites awareness and a deeper listening through the movements, creating expansion and space to allow energy to flow freely.

Breathwork

 

Clarity Breathwork helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights not easily accessed through traditional therapy.
Breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto to surface and be released. Healing and transformation emerge with each breath.

Dance

 

Conscious dance removes stagnant energies which create blockages in the flow of energy in the body.
It is a movement meditation to find liberation and celebrate life and innate wisdom.

Schedule

Morning session from 9:00-12:30

lunch break from 12:30-14;30

Afternoon session from 14:30-17:00
